Objective To investigate the effective role of the Compound Ketongding Tincture,so as to provide scientific foundation for using the medicine in clinic. Methods Three groups of 44,48,80mouse respectively were again divided into four different groups by randomization, every subgroup had 11,12,20: negative controlled groups were treated with the same volume of Sodium Chloride used on abdomin; positive controlled group was treated with the safflower oil 0.50ml used on abdomin; Experimental concentration groups were treated with 100% concentration and 60% concentrations of Compound Ketongding Tincture 0.8ml. The experimental group were treated with 100% and 60% concentrations of the Compound Ketongding Tincture of 0.8ml used on abdomin; 6 (lays later, intraperitoneal injection of 0.6% acetic acid solution 0.2 ml per, writhing frequency response within 20 minutes was observed. Each group of mice were loaded fixed in cylinder blocks, placed in the device and optical radiation tail swinging time was recorded.Every mouse were injected hypophysin by vein of mouse's tail, which can reduce the small artery blood-flow speed, then the blood flow changes were measured. Results Compound Ketongding Tincture could effectively restrain pain by chemokines and light&heat factor, and at the same time it could also obviously improve the blood-flow speed of arteria auricularis. Conclusion Compound LiuTongKe Tincture has better function in relieving pain, promoting blood flow and removing blood stasis.
