巨噬细胞移动抑制因子与大肠癌相关关系的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 1966年，Bloon等首次鉴定了一种由活化的T细胞产生并能抑制单核，巨噬细胞移动的细胞因子，命名为巨噬细胞移动抑制因子（Macrophage migration inhibitory factor，MIF）。目前发现MIF在多种肿瘤，包括前列腺癌、结肠癌、乳腺癌、肺腺癌、黑素瘤中都有表达，是一种独特的促进肿瘤发生的细胞因子。MIF可直接影响正常细胞的分裂和癌基因诱导的恶性转化，还可通过调节免疫反应、抑制抑癌基因p53的功能和促进肿瘤血管生成，从多层次促进肿瘤的发生和发展。大肠癌包括结肠癌和直肠癌．是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤．
