摘要
本文从我国当前微光电子和微电子的研究与生产水平出发,提出并设计了一个可扩展性特别好的2×4×16光互连基本模块(OIM).
A optical interconnective basic module with 2×4×16 channels and good scalability is proposed and designed from the current level of our country's micro-optoelectronic and microelectronic research and manufacture. Multicomputer parallel processing system of distinct architectures with multi-stage optical interconnection can be realized by configuring the multiple OIMs.
