摘要
本文介绍一种在ＰＣ机之间实现窄带实时语音通信的方法，特别讨论了实时语音ＡＤＭ编解码和静默期压缩技术。
A method to realize narrow-band real time point-to-point speech communication between PCs with sound card is presented. The techniques of real time ADM code/decode with silence compression, memory I/O mode of sound card and control mechanism of communication process between PCs are specially disscussed in this paper.
