Function Analysis of Supporting Systems of New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme

在新型农村合作医疗(以下简称新农合)体系中,政府、农民和医疗卫生机构构成一个有机的支持整体。通过现场调研资料分析政府、农民和医疗机构3方对新农合的支持条件和影响因素,探讨新农合支持系统三大要素之间的内在关系,为新农合协调持续发展提供政策依据。

In new rural cooperative medical scheme （NRCMS）, the government, villagers and medical organizations make up of organic supporting system. On the base of datum from field survey, the authors analyze supporting conditions and influential factors of three-part including the government, villagers and medical organization to NRCMS, and explore inherent relationship of the three-part supporting system, that provide policy advice for sustainable and harmonious development of NRCMS.
