摘要
冠状动脉瘤（CAA）亦称冠状动脉局限性扩张，是指冠状动脉管壁虽保持连续性但由于壁的薄弱导致冠状动脉局限性管腔扩张或膨胀。此病的临床过程根据基本病因及原发病的严重程度而不同，一般预后不良。CAA是一种非狭窄性冠状动脉疾病，最终诊断均需依赖于冠状动脉造影（CAG）。现将我院经CAG证实的1例冠状动脉瘤并广泛前壁心肌梗死报道如下。
