摘要
对火花源原子发射光谱法测定铸铁中碳含量的不确定度产生原因进行了分析,根据最小二乘法原理拟合工作曲线,确定了二元线性回归拟合引入的标准不确定度,并对一个铸铁样品中碳含量测定结果的不确定度进行了评定。
The source of the uncertainty for the measurement of carbon in cast iron by spark source atomic emission spectrometry was discussed. A calibration curve was fitted by using the least square method and the standard uncertainty from dualistic linear regression fitting was confirmed. Moreover, the uncertainty of the measurement of carbon in a cast iron sample was evaluated.
