气动隔膜泵PTFE膜片冲压成型的探索

Study on The Impact Molding of PTFE Diaphragm for Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps

针对引进的湿法磷酸净化装置中气动隔膜泵膜片经常损坏,在库房无备件、生产面临极大困难的情况下,提出了自行开发、研制PTFE冲压成型膜片。在分析了膜片结构及其冲压工艺的基础上,设计了该膜片模具,经使用证实自制的PTFE膜片使用寿命长达3个月,效果良好,达到了湿法磷酸净化装置长期稳定运行的要求,取得了明显的经济效益。

For the situation where the diaphragm of the air operated diaphragm pumps imported for the wet-process phosphoric acid purification unit is easily damaged,and there are no spares in storage,which has created significant difficulty for the production,the research and development of PTFE impact molding diaphragm is proposed.Based on the analysis of the diaphragm structure and its impact molding technique,the diaphragm mould is designed,and the actual application shows that the self-made PTFE diaphragm has a service life up to three months.The result is very good,and meets the requirements for long and stable operation of the wet-process phosphoric acid purification unit,which has gained significant economic benefits.
