摘要
通过投影系统将编码图片投射到物体的表面,然后再用CCD接收被测物体表面调制的图形,从而得到物体三维信息。文章叙述了投影系统的原理和结构,并对投影系统进行了外形尺寸计算,利用光学设计软件对聚光镜、投影物镜进行了优化,得到了一个较为理想的、满足视觉传感精度的投影系统,且成本低及成像质量好,有较高的实用价值。
In 3D active vision sensing, a projection system projects a coded picture on the object surface,and the CCD captures the modulated figure of the object surface,and then 3D information of the object can be obtained. In the paper, the principle of the projection system is introduced first, then the external dimension of the projection system is calculated, and the collecting lens and projection objective are optimized. The quality of the obtained image is analyzed. The projection system presented has noticeable advantages over others in its production cost, image quality and practicability.
