遗传算法在板材余料利用中的应用

摘要 针对板材生产过程中余料的利用问题,提出对板材余料组合进行预选,建立相应的数学模型,并依据经典NP问题,应用遗传算法求解此数学模型.使用编程软件实现了一个原型系统,对提出的观点进行了数据验证. It is inevitable that there is remnant in fabrica tion. Big remnant can be used as material to reduce the cost. The method to utilize the remnant is to replace the new plate with remnants. Because of impossibility to list all the remnants' permutation and combination, the math module of preelecting the remnants' permutation and combination is proffered. Meanwhile, enlightened by the resolution of the knapsack problems, the genetic algorithm is introduced to resolve the math module. A prototype system is developed to prove the algorithms and viewpoints presented in the paper.
