摘要 本文采用访谈和基于网络文献调研的方法,对我国现代远程教育试点大学网络学院人力资源管理的现状进行调查和分析,并结合人力资源管理的原理、方法和发展趋势,针对网络学院人力资源管理中存在的问题提出加强建设的建议。 Based on interviews and online document research, this article investigated into the status quo of the human resource management of those pilot online distance education colleges, and suggested some solutions concerning the theories, methodology and trends of human resource management.
