A Tentative Approach to Index System of Rural Cultural Construction in South Jiangsu

苏南农村文化建设基础较好,但与城市相比明显薄弱。苏南新农村文化建设指标体系强调针对性、可操作性,兼顾客观指标与主观指标、历史与现实和趋势、主导性与主体性,包括6个一级指标、31个二级指标。

Comparatively speaking, the rural cultural construction in South Jiangsu is still inadequate in spite of its good basis. To improve the work here, both central and local governments have corresponding plans and policies to establish the index system, which includes 6 indicators at A level and 31 indicators at B level, and with the emphasis placed on its feasibility and the combination of object and subject indicators.
