摘要
随着湖南乃至中南地区城市建设的发展,近几年长沙市从全国各地引进60多台W-1001型挖掘机,对工作装置进行了改造,使此类基本被淘汰的正铲挖掘机成为适应150~200t·m的强夯机。作者从多年的维护修理工作中发现这类机型在使用时液压系统容易产生故障致使机车不能工作,通过实例说明了其主要故障原因及排除办法,这项工作对此类工程机械的正常使用有着重要的意义。
With the development of urban construction of city has fetched in more than sixty W-1001 excavators Hunan and even central south district, Changsha from all parts of the country for several years recently, the transformation of equipments has been finished, it can make such obsolete forward excavator into DC machine which can bear 150-200 t. The author found that hydraulic pressure system of such excavator got wrong easily, so that the locomotive can not work, and explained its main reasons and solutions of troubles. This work is very important to normal usage of such engineering plant.
