摘要
文章主要从管理实践的角度出发,运用反馈原理,将知识团队绩效考核与薪酬机制设计联系起来,建立知识团队绩效考核指标体系和薪酬体系。其中在薪酬体系的设计中运用个性化原则,在注重体现知识团队贡献的同时,充分考虑了知识员工个体的特点和主要需要。
This article mainly aims at building up performance measurement and salary design by using feedback principle for knowledge team. Authors contend that individuality principle should be applied to salary design so as to paying attention to both team and individual.
