本文阐述的主题是Ｕｎｉｘ操作系统的国际化与本地化，本文说明了ＵＮＩＸ操作系统国际化与本地化的问题的提出及背景，以及国际化和本地化的一些基本概念。
This paper mainly discusses the Internationalization (I18n) and Localization (L10n) of the Unix operating system.First it gives the introduction and background of the I18n & L10n issues of Unix OS and some concepts.Finally it gives the strategy and technology of realizing I18n & L10n.
