“双师型”工程教育教师的知识结构及发展路径 被引量:10

On the Knowledge Structure and its Developing Routes for Teachers of "Double-type" in Engineering Education

摘要 现代社会,工程教育教师的知识结构呈现为现代科学知识型主导的知识结构,单一、封闭、被动,难以适应目前工程教育教学改革的要求。而后现代知识型要求工程教育教师建构具有复合性、开放性与创新性特征的"双师型"知识结构。"双师型"教师知识结构的发展路径包括转变教师个人观念、完善工程教育外部条件以及建构优化教师知识结构的支撑体系等。 In modem society, the knowledge structure for the engineering education teachers is dominated by the modem scientific knowledge, while singleness, block out and passiveness characters can not satisfy present teaching reform in the engineering education. The post-modern transformation of knowledge requires the teachers of "double-type" construct the knowledge structure with the complex, opening and innovation characters. The developing routes for the knowledge structure of the teachers of "double type" includes transformation of the personal concept, perfecting the exterior condition of the engineering education and construction of the supporting system to develop the knowledge structure of the engineering education teachers.
