摘要 结合一个椭圆形封头实例,介绍在UG环境下建立三维化工设备零件库的方法。根据化工设备设计条件单,从所建的零件库中选用筒体、接管、封头、法兰、人手孔等零件,调用所选零件进行整体装配,根据设备的三维设计调整、修改设计方案,定稿后生成二维化工设备装配图作为技术文件备用。从而缩短化工设备的设计周期,提高产品的设计效率和弹性。 This article mainly introduces the method of setting up three-dimensional chemical equipment unit store under the environment of UG, combined with one example of ellipsoidal head. According to the design condition list of the chemical equipment, select parts such as cylinder, joint pipe, end plate, flange, operational hand hole from the unit store built, transfer the parts selected to assemble wholly, then design and adjust, revise the design plan according to the threedimension of the apparatus, and produce the installation diagram of the two-dimentional chemical equipment for subsequent use as the technological file after finalizing text. Thus shorten the design cycle of the chemical equipment, improve the design efficiency and elasticity of the products.
