The Status Quo and Developing Prospect of New Type Sensors

摘要 当前信息时代,传感器系统正朝着微型化、智能化、多功能化的方向发展。着重论述了三类传感器的技术功能现状及发展前景,并介绍了其在信号探测中的成功用例。 At the age of information, the sensor systems are becoming micronization, intellectualization and muhifunctionalization, the status quo, function and developing prospect of micro sensor, intellectual sensor and muhifunctional sensor are discussed chiefly in this paper and some of succesful application examples are given as well.
