摘要
介绍了自低向上和自顶向下两种虚拟装配技术,经分析后得出了自顶向下的装配设计有优越性,并以地铁车辆逃生门连接铰链虚拟设计为例介绍了CATIA中自顶向下装配设计的具体方法,可以更加直接、准确地达到设计者的意图,对新产品开发可以大大缩短设计周期。
This paper introduces Bottom-up and Top -down technologies of virtual assembly. The advantage of Topdown design is presented by comparing two kinds of methods. Take the design for the connect hinge of subway vehicle as example, the application of Top-down design in CATIA is introduced. Using this design method can achieve the intent of designer more directly and more exactly, and it will shorten the design cycle a lot.
