政党是系统性和持久性的政治组织。和谐是具有"四个统一"特点的状态。党内和谐是党的构成要素的有机统一结合,使党员和党组织形成良性的互动状态。科学界定党内和谐,有助于推动党内和谐发展。
Party is the political organization owned system and enduring. Harmony possesses four-unity traits. Inner-party harmony is one state which is organic connection of party component in the road of the party objective of a struggle. To define inner-party harmony scientifically is to propel inner-party harmony forward.
