面向制造执行的工艺过程模型与工艺设计技术

摘要 提出了面向制造执行的工艺过程模型,在满足系统间过程信息集成的同时,提出了多工艺路线的可视化表达方案,改善工厂加工生产中车间调度的柔性,为CAPP系统与制造执行系统的全面集成提供一条较好的解决方案。 The process route on traditional system of CAPP restricts the flexibility of part's process expression. The paper brings forward the process model for manufacturing execution process,which advances the visual precept of multi-process route when satisfy integration of process information among all systems and improves the flexibility of workshop scheduling. It supplies a good solution of the integration between CAPP and manufacturing execution systems.
