摘要
介绍了发动机曲轴箱轴承座的结构、材料,分析了裂解加工工艺应用于轴承座裂解加工的可行性,阐述了裂解加工的机理、主要工艺流程、影响质量的主要因素、性能及经济效益分析,说明采用裂解加工方法加工曲轴箱轴承座,改变了过去轴承座与轴承盖分体加工的复杂工艺流程,具有加工工序少、节省精加工设备、节材节能、提高产品质量等优点,经济效益是明显的。最后介绍了国内外研究及应用现状,探讨了在我国研究开发的重要意义。
The structure and material of crankcase bearing block of engine are introduced in this paper,and the feasibility that whether the fracture splitting technology can be applied to the bearing block is also analyzed. The mechanism of fracture splitting,the major technological process,the major factor of affecting the quality,the performance and the economic benefit analysis are expounded. Furthermore this paper introduces the merits compared with the past complex technological process,which includes fewer manufacturing procedures,lower cost,higher quality,is obviously economic. In the end,the research and application actuality boti here and abroad are introduced,and the importance of R&D in our country is discussed.
