采用堆焊工艺可以用于制造复合金属零部件(代替整体的贵重合金件),也可以用来修复磨损的合金钢零件、部件,提高机器设备的使用寿命和生产效率。本文详细介绍了水压机主柱塞的堆焊修复工艺与方法。
Build-up welding technology can be used to manufacture composite metal parts and repair worn alloy-steel spare parts. Service life and production efficiency can be improved. The paper introduces repairing technology and method of hydraulic press in detail.
