摘要
采用高效液相色谱Chiralcel OJ-H色谱手性柱,在正相条件下对硒代缩水甘油醚手性化合物进行手性拆分,讨论流动相的组成、溶质的结构对手性拆分的影响。
The chiral separation of Glycerin Selenides on Chiralcel OJ-H in HPLC was studied. The influences of the mobile phase composition and the structures of solute was analyzed.
