摘要
汽车车身焊装夹具设计是一项复杂的工作,车身零件大都是薄壁板件,其刚性很差,零件表面(特别是轿车)均为复杂的三维空间曲面,在焊装过程中必须使用多点定位夹紧的专用焊装夹具,以保证整个车身的装配精度和焊接质量。采用WAVE设计思想和方法,可以有效地解决夹具定位面与车身数据、夹具结构之间的相关关系,避免了重复设计的浪费,缩短了设计周期,并使得并行工程的优势得到充分的发挥。
It is a complicated work that design of welding jig for antibody. Autobody parts are almost thin pallet part which have a bad rigidity and curving surface of three-dimensional space, special welding jig which have good orientation through more points, must be used in the welding process for the different corrosion environment of concrete in order to ensure assemblage precision and welding quality. Adopting the WAVE design philosophies and methods, the correlativ@ of jig locating face, autobody datas and jig structure can be effectively resolved, which can avoid the waste of repeated design and curtail design cycle, concurrent engineering "s benefit will gained fuU exertion.
