面向某派生式CAPP的工艺过程卡的研究

Research of process card in the variant CAPP system

结合某厂的应用实际,提出了基于数据库平台的HXCAPP的总体结构。通过阐述工艺过程卡的生成及编制、工艺过程卡的权限管理、工艺过程卡的查询及工艺报表的输出等内容,说明工艺过程卡在机械制造过程中的重要性。

It based on the condition of the factory, the structure of the HXCAPP on database is presented. It is described about the creation of process card, management of process card, inquiry of process card ,the export of process sheet and so on, which show the importance of process card in mechanical manufacturing.
