摘要
针对目前离心泵设计资源分散的现状,提出了一种基于多Agent和ActiveX组件技术的离心泵网络化协同设计总体方案。文章通过对多Agent原理和ActiveX组件技术的讨论,给出了一种具体的网络协同设计方法,并将这种方法实施到低比转速离心泵的典型零部件设计上。应用实例表明,提出的系统架构可以有效地综合异地资源,加速新产品的设计与开发,并对同类制造型企业有着很好的借鉴作用。
To solve the problem of distributing design resource for centrifugal pump, a novel cooperative design scheme which based on multi-Agent and ActiveX is proposed. After discussing the theory of multi-Agent and the ActiveX component technology, a specific network cooperative design method is put forward and implemented bn the design of typical parts of low specific speed centrifugal pump. An instance has been validated and the result shows that the system structure proposed by the paper could synthesize the distributed resources, accelerate the design and development for new product and also could be used for reference by the similar manufacturer.
