摘要 建立了正交切削有限元模型,结合热弹塑性理论,利用有限元软件的Lagrange显式程序模拟了切削过程,研究了切削速度、切削厚度、刀具几何参数对AISI 316L钢已加工表面残余应力分布规律的影响,并对比实验结果验证了模型的可行性。 An orthogonal cutting model is presented, and the cutting process is simulated by aftnite element software based on the thermal-elastic The distributions of residual stresses in machined -plastic FEM theory and updated layer of AISI 316L steel are obtained.The effects of cutting speeds, cutting depths and tool geometry on residual stress distributions are investigated in this paper. Comparing to experimental results, the cutting model is feasible.
