摘要
介绍了新型数字同步阀工作原理,根据基于新型数字同步阀的位置同步控制系统,分析了开环系统位置同步误差的特性。通过仿真分析了采用模糊控制策略的闭环位置同步精度,根据仿真结果,得出闭环控制时基于新型数字同步阀双缸位置同步系统能达到较高的位置同步精度。
It thesis introduces the principle of a new-type digital synchronous valve, and according to the system of control on the new-type digital synchronous valve, Analyzes characteristics of the openloop synchronization error.by Simulation, analyzes accuracy of the closed-loop synchronization error with fuzzy control strategy, and based on the simulation results, drawn on the closed-loop control system of two hydraulic cylinder position synchronous with New-type digital synchronous valve can achieve higher accuracy.
