The study was performed to clarify regularity of mental changes in patient parties after malpractice and to put forward intervention measures. Complex mental changes may happen in patient parties after malpractice. If hospital parties don＇t pay enough attention to them or fail to give active intervention, patients parties may act excessively impairing their own benefits and that of the hopitals.
