中药呆聪液对老龄痴呆大鼠模型脑组织超微结构影响的研究

Study of the Effect of Daicong Solution on Ultrastructure of Brain Tissue for Aged Rat Dementia Model

目的中药呆聪液对老龄痴呆大鼠模型脑组织超微结构影响的研究。方法用海人酸制备老龄痴呆大鼠模型,电镜观察脑细胞超微结构的变化。结果电镜显示,模型组与正常对照组相比,出现了典型的脑细胞超微结构的病理改变;中药大剂量组与中剂量组对老龄痴呆大鼠治疗后,整个神经元及神经胶质细胞都已基本恢复到正常状态。而小剂量组虽-然有改善,但细胞病变仍然较明显。结论中药呆聪液能显著改善脑细胞的超微结构与功能,大剂量组恢复优于中剂量组,存在着明显的剂量依赖关系。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Daicong solution on ultrastructure of brain tissue for aged rat dementia model. Methods Aged rat dementia model was prepared with kainic acid. The changes of Ultrastructure of Brain tissue were observed through electron microscope. Results Model groups displayed remarkable pathological changes under electron microscope, compared with antithetic groups. Nerve cells and neuroepithelial cells recovered to normal condition mainly for middle and high dosage treated groups. While low dosage treated groups improved a little, but cytopathic effect （ CPE ） was still obvious. Conclusion Daicong solution can remarkably improve uhrastructure and function of brain cells. High dosage treated groups were better than middle dosage treated groups, and there was obvious dose-dependent relationship.
