太极扣附着体修复牙周病合并游离端缺失的应用

A Study-on the Application of Stern ERA Attachment on Patients with Distal Teeth Losing and Periodontal Disease

目的评价太极扣附着体修复牙周病合并游离端缺失的临床应用价值。方法165例牙周病合并游离端缺失的患者，随机分为2组，实验组86例，用太极扣附着体修复，对照组79例，为常规卡环式可摘义齿修复，比较2组的临床效果满意率。结果经1-3年临床观察，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01），结论太极扣附着体义齿修复牙周病合并游离端缺失优于卡环式可摘义齿，解决了患者因牙周病不能修复的问题.

Objective To evaluate the clinical application of stern REA attachments on the treatment of patients afflicted with lost distal teeth and periodontal disease. Methods 165 patients divide into 2 groups randomly, the experiment group are 86 patients treated with stem ERA attachments and 79 patients in the control group treated with conventional clasps. Patient satisfaction and clinical results are compared. Results With 1 - 3 years clinical follow-up, The signifcant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Stern ERA attachment is a stable restorative treatment of distal lost teeth and solves the problem of restorative treatment of patients afflicted with periodontal disease.
