摘要
目的制备银杏黄酮磷脂复合物并对其理化性质进行研究。方法用薄膜蒸发法制备银杏黄酮磷脂复合物,用紫外分光光度计、油镜、电镜对其进行理化性质研究。结果紫外光谱分析表明银杏黄酮、银杏黄酮磷脂复合物最大吸收峰均在204.5nm处。油镜观察磷脂复合物是封闭的圆形小泡,电镜观察,磷脂复合物粒径分布范围窄,150nm左右。结论紫外光谱分析表明银杏黄酮和磷脂形成的是磷脂复合物。油镜和电镜结果显示磷脂复合物是闭合的圆形小泡,粒径均匀,150nm左右。
Objective To prepare and study physico-chemical characterics of ginkgo flavone phytosomes. Methods Physico-chemical characterics were studied by UV-spectrometer, immersion objective, electron microscopy. Results Ultraviolet spectral analysis showed that the absorption maximum of both ginkgo flavone phytosomes and ginkgo flavone was at 204.5nm. Conclusion Ultraviolet spectral analysis proved that ginkgo flavone and phospholipids compose phytosomes. Electron microscopy results showed there were close round or oval partieals, and the size of them was equal, about 150nm.
