摘要
利用ABAQUS软件建立了较完整系统的轮胎驻波现象的有限元模型和分析方法,包括充气、加载、匀速滚动和加速滚动过程的有限元分析以及确定轮胎驻波临界速度的Euler描述和表征的方法.由此得到的轮胎驻波临界速度与试验值吻合较好.着重分析了载荷、充气压力对临界速度的影响,结果表明,增大充气压力会显著提高临界速度,而载荷的影响则可以忽略不计.
Based on ABAQUS software, a FEM model about the standing waves in 215/55 R16 radial tire cord is constructed. The processes of a tire, including inflation, loading, rolling in uniformmotion, and rolling in acceleration, are analyzed. A systemic method for predicting the critical speed based on Euler's description is presented. The good agreement between the measured critical speed and the finite element result indicates the validity of the method. With the method, the critical speeds at different loads and pressuresare predicted. The results show that when the pressure increases the critical speed increases obviously, but the change of the load has almost no effect on the critical speed.
