摘要
煤矿改扩建项目水土保持方案设计工作,有别于其它地面建设项目。正确界定项目建设期、生产期的直接影响区域,关系到因矿山开采导致的环境影响得到有效治理,同时也为建设单位正常生产提供有效保障。
The water and soil conservation scheme design in reformation-expan-sion-construction of a coal mine is different from that of any other surface construction work. The correct definition of the direct influence area of construction and production periods will be related to the effectively harness of environmental influence resulted from the mining, which also can provide the effective insurance for the normal production of constructi unit.
