摘要
长期工作在高温下的螺栓法兰接头,由于密封垫片和螺栓的蠕变松弛,使得垫片上的残余应力逐渐减小,法兰接头的密封可靠性逐渐降低,并最终导致泄漏失效。在考虑垫片和螺栓蠕变的基础上,对法兰连接系统进行变形协调分析,建立了高温下法兰接头的变形协调方程,进而导出了泄漏率的极限方程;通过与法兰强度、螺栓强度的极限方程相结合,得出了利用Monte Carlo法计算高温螺栓法兰接头可靠度的方法,并给出了计算实例。
Creep relaxation of bolted flanged joints often gradually results in residual stress reduction of the gasket, which gradually makes the joints' reliability lower and finally leads to leakage failure at elevated temperatare. In this paper, the load- deformation equation of the joints was constructed and the limited equation of leakage rate was derived considering the creep of gasket and bolt. By utilizing the limited equations of flange strength and bolt strength, the reliability of a bolted flanged joint was calculated at elevated temperature with Monte Carlo method.
