摘要
分析了管道风险评分法的基本原理及评价流程,并对庆哈输油管道进行了评价,根据评价结果对庆哈输油管道的高风险管段的风险因素进行了分析,并提出了风险管理建议。
In this paper, the fundamental and the evaluation flow were analysed, the pipeline of Qingha was evaluated. According the evaluation result, the risk factors of the high risk segments of the pipe were analysed and the risk management advices were proposed.
