油脂废水的生物处理研究进展

Treatment of Oil-containing Restaurant Wastewater

餐饮业废水的大量增加,对环境造成的污染日趋严重,给人民生活带来一系列的影响。常用的餐饮废水处理方法有物理法、化学法、生物法,生物法因具有成本低,不需特殊设备,不会带来二次污染等优点,近年来逐渐成为国内外餐饮业废水的主要处理方法。文章对国内外餐饮废水生物处理方法的特点和机理进行了综述,并对未来的发展提出了展望。

With rapid increase of restaurant wastewater,the pollution on environment becomes increasingly serious. There are several methods on restaurant wastewater treatment including physical,chemical and biological treatment,in which biological treatment recently becomes the most important method owing to its noticeable advantages including lower cost,less area,no special equipment and no secondary pollution. The characteristics and mechanism of biological treatment for restaurant wastewater were reviewed,and the future development was prospected.
