沙河抽水蓄能电站2号机上导摆度超标的分析与处理

Analysis and Treatment of the Over-throw of Upper Guider of No.2 Generating Unit of Jiangsu Shahe Pumped-storage Power Station

沙河抽水蓄能电站装机2×50 MW,两台机组分别于2002年6、7月份投入商业运行。2006年3月份起发现2号机上导摆度值逐渐增大并超出定值标准。对2号机上导摆度超标问题原因进行了分析和查找,其中主要原因是上导瓦间隙变大所致。经处理后得到有效解决。

The total installed capacity of Jiangsu Shahe Pumped-storage Power Station is 2×50MW. The two units were put into operation in June and July of 2002 separately. Since March of 2006, we had found the throw of upper guider increasing gradually and then finally exceeded the allowance. This paper mainly introduces the analysis and investigation of the causes of the problem of throw exceeding allowance. We concluded that its main cause is that the gap between liners of upper guider gradually enlarges. After the treatment, it has been effectively solved.
