加快我国核电发展和自主化进程

发展核电作为调整和优化我国能源结构的主要战略选择十分必要,经过30多年的核电建设实践,我国核电发展的春天已经来到。本文从几个方面论述我国加快发展核电建设的理由,以及如何加快自主化发展中国核电这一命题,同时指出了影响中国核电健康发展的主要因素,明确表达了笔者对自主化发展中国核电的立场和观点。

It is quite necessary to develop nuclear power as a major, stragtegic choice to adjust and optimzie China＇s energy structure. After over 30 years＇ experience in nuclear power construction, China has been in prime time for developing the nuclear power. The article will expound the reasons why China needs to accelerate nuclear power construction and how to quicken paces in independent R＆D ofChina＇s neclear power, as well as point out key factors that affect the sound development of nuclear power of China, and give clear-cut elaboration of the author＇s stance and viewpoints toward independent development of China＇s nuclear power.
