积极扩大进口 平衡进出口不平衡摩擦

2006年底召开的中央经济工作会议在明确2007年经济工作的原则和主要任务时指出:"在保持出口和利用外资合理增长的同时,积极扩大进口,促进对外贸易平衡发展。"这是多年来我国第一次明确提出要"积极扩大进口"。

It pointed out in specifying working principles and main tasks for economy development of 2007 at China＇s Central Economic Conference held at the end of 2006 that： ＂to vigorously promote import and facilitate balance development of foreign trades while maintaining export and utilizing foreign investments to achieve rational development＂, which was the first time that China has clearly put forward ＂to vigorously promote import＂ in recent years. It is based on current uprush of foreign trade surplus and huge number of foreign-exchange reserves that China rules ＂to vigorously promote import＂ with a view to making important and strategic adjustments on policies related to foreign trade, which will not only exerts significant influence upon import ＆ export trade, but also be of great importance to facilitate national economy and continual development of China.
