基于熵权TOPSIS的港口综合竞争力评价模型研究与实证

The Research on Port Overall Competitiveness Model

在构建包括港口吞吐量、港口作业能力等四个方面较科学的港口综合竞争力指标体系基础上,建立了基于熵权TOPSIS的港口综合竞争力评价模型,揭示了影响港口竞争力的主要因素。对大连港、上海港等7个国内港口进行实证分析,并提出了提高我国港口竞争力的对策。

This article has established including the port turnover capacity, work ability and so on four aspects more scientific port overall competitiveness index system. Above this, the port total competitiveness appraisal model has established based on the Entropy-weighting TOPSIS, This fundamentally promulgated the influence port competitive ability′s primary factors. Finally, we validate the model′s practicability by adopting the Dalian port, Shanghai Port and so on. And the method of improving port overall competitiveness was suggested accordingly.
