中国各类地区教育经济贡献率软计算研究 被引量:1

Study on Economic Contribution Rate of Education of All Kinds of Regions in China Based on Soft-computing Method

摘要 按科技进步水平将中国31个省(直辖市、自治区)软分类为三类。在同一类中计算潜在人力资本和实际人力资本,并且建立它们之间的模糊映射关系。建立实际人力资本、固定资产等生产要素到经济增长的模型映射。通过经济增长对实际人力资本和实际人力资本对潜在人力资本的边际比率数量积计算出教育经济贡献率。 This article softly classified 31 provinces into three clusters according to the level of S&T progress firstly Calculate potential human capital stock and actual human capital stock in the same cluster, and set up the internal correlation between them. Second, we conceptualize actual human capital as one production factor, joined with the oth- er two production factors, land and asset, to set up the fuzzy mapping to economic growth. Finally, we obtain the economic contribution rate of education through two marginal rates,namely marginal economic growth to actual humancapital stock, and marginal actual human capital to potential human capital.
