资产专用性是不是纵向一体化的主要动因,一直是现代契约和组织理论中反复争论的重大理论问题。本文在系统梳理相关争论的基础上,对资产专用性解释进行了理论上的分析评价,并进一步指出了未来需要重点研究的一些问题。

That Whether Asset Specificity is the Main Reason for Vertical Integration is an important academic issue which has been debated again and again up to now in modern contract and organization theory.Based on the systemic survey to the related controversy,this paper provides an analysis and estimate for the asset specificity explanation;further,we point out some problems which should be researched urgently in recent years.
