我国循环经济中环保制度发展状况探析

Progress Analysis of Environmental Protection Institutions of Chinese Circular Economy

本文将我国循环经济中环保制度区分为国家制度、市场制度、企业制度三个层次,其中,国家制度处于初级发展阶段,相关宣传教育体制滞后,市场制度不明确,企业发展制度不完善;针对上述问题提出相关制度建议。

This paper divides the environmental protection institutions of Chinese circular economy into three levels,including state institutions,market institutions and enterprise institutions;Among them,state institutions are in their initial stage of development and relevant education systems lag behind,and the market institutions are not clear,and the enterprise development institutions are imperfect.For the above issues some related institutions construction suggestions are proposed.
