摘要
本研究进行了实验室弧菌扩大培养方法比较试验,制备成弧菌制剂。实验表明长毛对虾幼虾口服弧菌制剂或经弧菌制剂浸泡处理,对于预防弧菌感染有一定作用。1995年连江大官坂垦区长毛对虾现场养殖实验证明,所采用的一套以弧菌制剂预防虾病的应用方案是可行的.可抑制弧菌引起的并发症,延缓病毒性疾病发生,减少虾病造成的经济损失。
The method of expansive vibrio culture and the test on vibrio preparation in the laboratory are teported in this paper. This method was applied to the cultivating experiment of shrimp (Penaeus penicillatus ) in the Daguanban Reclamation Area of Liangjiang County, Fujian province during 1995. The results show that the patience of shrimp with infection by vibrio is promoted through dealing with rearing or soaking by vibrio preparation, and that the application program on prevention of shrimp disease with vibrio preparation adopted in this study is effective . The secondary bacterial disease by vibrio is restrained and economic losses with shrimp disease is decreased .
