摘要
本文介绍了海洋生物中催化氧化脱氨作用的谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)活力测定方法,CDH活力的影响因子,以及GDH活力测定在海洋生态研究中的应用。
The gluatamate dehydrogenase (GDH) activity has advantages as an indicator of ammonia excretion in the research of marine ecology. Reviewed in this paper are the method for the measurement of the GDH activity and factors influencing it, including the body size, tropic condition and energy charge of animals. The application of GDH activity in marine ecosystem is also summarized.
