摘要
采用32对RMAPD引物对水稻9种类型基因组的44份材料遗传多样性进行研究,PCR产物经凝胶电泳后进行带型统计并用NTSYS软件进行聚类分析.结果显示44份材料可分为AA基因组和其他基因组2个大组.其他基因组可分为BCD、EFG和HJ等3个小组;BCD小组聚类结果表明CC基因组与BBCC基因组关系亲缘最近,与CCDD基因组次之,而与AA基因组最远.结果同时表明,AA基因组野生稻和非AA基因组野生稻含丰富的栽培稻所没有的基因,RMAPD标记在群体遗传结构和亲缘关系分析等水稻遗传育种领域具有广阔的应用前景.
The genetic differences of 9 different genomes rice from 44 rice materials were studied by using 32 RAMPD markers. The software NTSYS was used in cluster analysis of rice materials. The result showed that 44 rice materials were divided into 2 groups： AA genomes and another genomes. And the another genomes group includs BCD, EFG and HJ genomes group. Cluster analysis of BCD genomes group revealed that the CC and BBCC＇s relationship is close relatively, the CC and CCDD＇s is farther, and the relationship between CC genomes and AA genomes is the farthest. The results also showed AA genomes wild rice and other genomes groups rice had lots of genes that the cultivated rice didn＇t have, and RMAPD markers would be wildly used in population genetic structure and relationship analysis of rice genetic breeding.
