摘要
通过正交试验,对刨切微薄竹贴面胶合板的生产工艺进行研究。结果表明:在胶合板表面直接粘贴刨切微薄竹的工艺可行,在热压压力为0.5Mpa,热压温度105℃,热压时间1.5 min时,刨切微薄竹贴面胶合板的效果较佳。
Orthogonal test on production technology of bamboo veneer overlaying for plywood resulted that it was feasible. Properties of overlaid plywood could reach the requirement of high-grade of overlaid board standard of China GB/T 15104-94 under the condition of hot press 0.5MPa, temperature 105 ℃, duration 1.5min.
