摘要
外语非通用语种专业本科人才实施跨国培养有利有弊,需扬长避短,特别需要注意在提高课程设计质量、生源质量、国内专业基础教育质量、国外专业课程教育质量和委托培养合同质量等方面下功夫,加强对这些环节的监控与管理。
Transnational cultivation of university students majoring in non-common languages has both advantages and disadvantages. Special importance should be attached to syllabus design, aptitude of the students, teaching quality in China, teaching quality in the target countries, and the quality of cooperation contracts as well as to the supervision and management in every process.
